They do a phenomenal job with all the jewelry I purchase ! The refurbished my grandma’s ring beautifully. I could not be more pleased with the detailing ! These guys did a great repair on my wife's white gold Byzantine bracelet with all the interwoven links. it had come apart near the clasp and they were able to reattach it and it looks good as new. They also gave us good tips to keep it cleaned regularly to protect it.

Linda was so helpful when I brought two older watches to repair. She quickly changed batteries within ten minutes. I walked out with one same day and was able to return a couple weeks later for the watch that needed an overhaul. I would definitely recommend this jeweler to anyone who needs their watch serviced! Excellent service with fair prices.

Wonderful experience!! I snapped my pendant a few days ago, and was advised to come here. I’ve never been much of a jewelry person, always been terrified of it getting caught on something, but I’ve found a set through estate sales that I fell in love with. I had matching earrings I’d been gifted in high school, and the pendant. They’re my everyday go-tos! With the pendant snapping, I was afraid to bring it to a jeweler and being told it couldn’t be repaired. The gentlemen here explained it was repairable, but it would lose its mobility. I was fine with that as long as the stone was back in the pendant! They said it would take a week, October 1st, but my necklace was ready today. When I arrived, they had even cleaned it for me!!! When I mentioned I was shocked about how shiny it was, the gentleman offered to clean the necklace & my earrings for me. I don’t think any of this jewelry has been cleaned before, and it’s so shiny now!!!! Even crazier, the last few months my earrings had been driving me NUTS because they somehow were loose on the backs. When I handled my earrings to the man, he held them up to his ear listening, and promptly asked if I wanted him to tighten the back. I was STUNNED!!!! How did he know it needed that just from listening to them?? I was in and out so quickly, and felt treated like a princess and truly cared for— even if they didn’t sell me a stone, they were happy to take care of the only jewelry that matters to me. I truly cannot wait until I feel brave enough to expand my jewelry collection. I’ll definitely be coming back here for the excellent service!! Thank yall again ❤️❤️

I'd give them 10 stars if I could! When I walked in, everyone was so friendly (even the customer who was leaving out)! I originally came in for a watch battery (they replaced it very quickly, and it was inexpensive). Based on the customer service, I asked if they could fix my wedding ring, which has been cracked at the bottom for about 15 years. They recommended a ring resizing with rhodium plating. They gave me a quote that was reasonable, and I agreed. They quoted me a day, but were finished much earlier! When I received it, it looked brand new! I am floored that they restored my old ring to its former glory. I can't say enough great things about this jewelry store and the professional, friendly atmosphere! You have an EXTREMELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER, and I wouldn't hesitate to bring any jewelry here for repair! Thanks again! 😊

The clasp on one of my daughter's favorite earrings broke. The broken clasp was so delicate that I wasn't sure if it could be fixed or not. I dropped it off at Mark Andrews and after taking a look at it, they said they would be able to repair it. It was ready to pick up earlier than expected and I was charged exactly what I'd been quoted. The quality of the work was excellent and the earring looks as good as new; can't even tell it was broken. Most importantly, my daughter is thrilled to be able to wear her favorite earrings again.
